MEMO · TO leadership deciding what happens after a diagnostic · RE the three consulting tracks run at Praxora Lab

Consulting

Governance built to certify. Systems built to run. Decisions built to hold up.

The workshops produce a scored readiness baseline, a governance checklist and a twelve-week roadmap, built in the room, not delivered six weeks later by someone who wasn't there. Consulting is where that roadmap gets carried further: an AI governance framework built to pass a board and an audit, a system built and delivered by the same engineering team behind it, or a structured economic case built for a government or institutional decision. Three tracks, not one open-ended engagement.

The three tracks

Chosen for the evidence behind them, not to fill out a menu

All three already existed inside this practice before any was sold: real engagement records, published on each practitioner's own speaker profile, formalised here into three scoped offers.

Track A

AI Governance & Assurance

Get an AI governance posture a board can sign, and a regulator can inspect

Who it's for
Enterprises building a defensible governance record, and funded AI startups whose next enterprise deal depends on the same thing.
Structure
Gap diagnostic, remediation support, optional retainer
Led by
Terence Kok, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, AIGP
Capabilities include
Delegation & escalation design · Agentic AI risk assessment · Cross-framework mapping
See the Governance & Assurance track ›
Track B

AI Engineering & Delivery

Get the system a diagnostic called for, built and delivered

Who it's for
SME owners and enterprises with a bounded, defined problem, machine vision, robotics, IoT, applied AI, ready for a delivered system rather than another recommendation.
Structure
Scoped delivery, quote-based, by the engineering team behind the case studies
Led by
Veronica Loh and Orion Five Engineering
Capabilities include
Machine vision & quality control · Robotics integration · Applied AI & ML pipelines
See the Engineering & Delivery track ›
Track C

AI Economics & Strategic Foresight

Get a structured economic case, built before a government commits to it

Who it's for
Government ministries and agencies, multilateral programme offices, and universities weighing an AI or digital-transformation policy, programme or investment decision.
Structure
Foresight scoping, structured assessment, optional advisory retainer
Led by
Dr. Jayarethanam Pillai, Ph.D. Public Policy & Economics, ANU
Capabilities include
Structured economic impact assessment · AI & digital-transformation policy review · Technology impact assessment

The three tracks

Where this picks up

The workshops produce the diagnostic. This builds on it.

The AI Governance & Board Readiness course already produces a governance checklist and a scored readiness baseline in a single afternoon. Many consulting engagements start directly from that output: the Governance & Assurance track picks up the checklist and builds the management system behind it; the Engineering & Delivery track builds the system the readiness baseline identified. Neither requires having attended a workshop first. Both are faster to scope for an organisation that has.

The third track runs the same pattern for a different audience. The AI Strategic Foresight course already applies a structured economic impact assessment to one live policy or investment decision in a single afternoon. The Economics & Strategic Foresight track picks up that same method and carries it through the months a government or institutional decision actually takes, rather than leaving a ministry or programme office with a 3.5-hour exercise and no continuation.

Building a workforce that can execute an AI strategy day to day is a separate discipline from all three tracks here, and already has its own home: Capacity Building, led by Dr. Joshua Lau under Workshops.

Beyond the three tracks

Nine more practitioners this bench draws on

Governance & Assurance, Engineering & Delivery and Economics & Strategic Foresight each carry a staged, quote-based structure because Terence Kok, Veronica Loh and Dr. Jayarethanam Pillai each have a published case-study or project record to build one on. The rest of the bench has not built that record on a commercial page yet: their evidence sits in workshops and named advisory engagements. Listed here as exactly that, not as tracks four through twelve.

Before you go

A policy recommendation nobody implements is worth about as much as an unread report, and I spent enough years watching that happen at UNDP to want no part of it here. The workshops already tell a client what the plan is. This section exists because I did not want the practice's own honesty about report culture to quietly stop applying to us the moment someone asked us to build something rather than diagnose it. Three tracks, not a general consulting offer: one that gets a governance posture certifiable, one that gets a system built, and one that carries a government or institutional decision through the same structured assessment I have used at UNDP and Aboitiz myself. None of the three is invented for this page. All three were already true of this bench before we sold any of them, the third one included, however uncomfortable it is to say that about my own track rather than someone else's.
