Overview

Workforce capability, AI literacy and hands-on AI skill are three separate initiatives in most organisations, and none of them alone closes the gap

The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 projects thirty-nine percent of core workforce skills will change by 2030, and PwC's Global AI Jobs Barometer already finds wage growth accelerating faster in AI-exposed roles than in roles without exposure, evidence the reskilling question is not a future one. Yet MIT's NANDA initiative found ninety-five percent of generative AI pilots fail to produce a lasting profit, and McKinsey's State of AI research finds seventy-eight percent of organisations use AI frequently while only thirty-three percent have scaled it company-wide. Read together, the pattern is not a technology gap: it is capability, literacy and hands-on skill treated as three separate initiatives instead of one sequenced roadmap.

This programme sequences the three pillars that, run separately, most often stall on each other: Michael Low's S.E.N.S.E. framework for workflow and capability, Sameen Khan's AI-literacy baseline, and Joshua Lau's hands-on GenAI and agentic-workflow training, each led by the practitioner who owns that discipline. HR, L&D and COO buyers leave with a redesigned workflow, an AI-literacy baseline and two to three working applications for one real function, brought into a single workforce AI-adoption roadmap in the closing session rather than three disconnected initiatives.

Why Praxora

Why this, not a platform

One day. One function. A workforce roadmap you can act on immediately.

  • Three practitioners, not one generalist

Michael Low on capability, Joshua Lau on hands-on AI skill, Sameen Khan on workforce AI literacy, each accountable for their own block of the day.

  • Three named methods, sequenced into one

The S.E.N.S.E. framework, live prompt and agent-workflow training, and an AI-literacy baseline, brought together in one closing session.

  • One real, produced output — not a case study

The day ends with a redesigned workflow, working applications and an AI-literacy baseline, for the team you bring in.

  • A small, capped cohort

Max 24 participants, so the room works from one real function, not a generic workforce seminar.

  • Built on institutions that already trust it

The S.E.N.S.E. method was piloted with SkillsFuture Singapore; the hands-on track has already reached a thousand-plus learners.

  • One focused day — not an 18-week course

One full day. No eighteen-week cohort, no drip-fed modules.

Key takeaways

What participants leave with

  • A redesigned workflow for one real team or function.

  • An AI-literacy baseline for the team taking on the new workflow.

  • Two to three working AI applications built on the team's own tasks.

  • One sequenced workforce adoption roadmap connecting all three, instead of three separate initiatives.

Objective

Construct a workforce AI-adoption roadmap that sequences capability redesign, hands-on skill-building and the AI literacy that supports both, for one function or team.

Each block below is the corresponding half-day course, compressed and led by the practitioner who built it. None of the content is new; the day's value is in sequencing capability, AI literacy and hands-on skill for the same function, closed with a joint session that brings the three outputs together.

Syllabus

Three pillars, one day

Left with a redesigned workflow, two to three validated working applications, and an AI-literacy baseline, sequenced into one roadmap for a single function.

  1. 09:00 to 10:15

The S.E.N.S.E. Framework: Redesigning Work for the AI Era, compressed

    Led by Michael Low.

    • One real team or role selected as the session's working unit
    • The S.E.N.S.E. framework, walked through against the room's own team
    • What the team already has, usually more than anyone credits them with
    • The redesigned workflow and capability gap map brought together

    OutputWorkflow redesign draft

  2. 10:15 to 11:30

Workforce Transformation: AI Literacy to Agentic Fluency, compressed

    Led by Sameen Khan, PBM.

    • One real team or function, named up front, not a hypothetical rollout
    • A literacy baseline scored against what the team actually knows, not a generic AI-maturity model
    • Which tasks the team can already run on AI unsupervised, and which it can't yet
    • The literacy baseline and fluency gap map brought together

    OutputAI-literacy baseline

  3. 11:30 to 11:45

    Break

  4. 11:45 to 13:00

GenAI & Agentic AI Foundations, compressed

    Led by Dr. Joshua Lau.

    • Two to three real work tasks brought into the room, not demonstration scenarios
    • Prompt fluency, hands-on, applied directly to the first task
    • Moving from single prompts to agents and orchestration
    • Which steps in each application need a person, and which can run unsupervised

    OutputWorking applications

  5. 13:00 to 14:00

Joint synthesis: one workforce adoption roadmap

    All three facilitators.

    • The workflow redesign, AI-literacy baseline and working applications, checked against each other
    • Where the three outputs already reinforce one plan, and where they still need reconciling
    • One sequenced workforce AI-adoption roadmap, not three separate initiatives

  • Michael Low

    Michael Low

AI Transformation Strategist & Human Capability Architect

“The question this course is built around, as AI becomes more capable, what must humans and organisations deliberately strengthen, is one I have been sitting with since long before generative AI made it fashionable to ask. I spent nine years inside Singapore Government agencies watching capable people get displaced by policy shifts they had no say in, and it left me with a lasting discomfort about frameworks that treat workforce transformation as something done to people rather than with them.”

  • Sameen Khan, PBM

    Sameen Khan, PBM

Global HR, AI and Workforce Transformation Leader

“My tagline on this site used to lead with data foundations. It now leads with the workforce, because that is where I actually watched things break. In more than twenty markets, I have sat in the room when leadership announced an AI rollout to a workforce nobody had actually assessed, and watched the same failure repeat: the tool worked, the model was fine, and the rollout still stalled, because nobody had checked whether the people expected to use it knew enough to trust it, or had the fluency to run it unsupervised on a real task.”

  • Dr. Joshua Lau

    Dr. Joshua Lau

AI Transformation Leader and Accredited Adult Educator

“I run this course the same week I am usually also running AI transformation inside my own manufacturing operation, and I think that dual seat is exactly why it works. I am not teaching from a slide deck built by someone who has never had to make a production line's AI adoption actually stick. I am teaching the version of prompt fluency and agent workflows I use myself, on Monday morning, in a business that was not built as a technology company.”

Common questions

Before you enquire

  • Can we send one team, or does this need representatives from across the organisation?

One real function or team is the intended unit, since the workflow redesign and the working applications are both built against that team's actual tasks. A cross-functional group works less well here than it might for a pure strategy session.

  • Can we book just one of the three pillars instead of the full day?

Yes. Each pillar, The S.E.N.S.E. Framework, Workforce Transformation: AI Literacy to Agentic Fluency, and GenAI & Agentic AI Foundations, is a standalone half-day course as well as a block in this integrated day. This programme is for organisations that want capability, AI literacy and hands-on skill-building sequenced into one roadmap.

  • Is this a replacement for the existing Capacity Building corporate track?

No. Capacity Building is a separate, scoped, multi-day corporate in-house engagement covering four tracks in depth. This is a one-day, open-enrolment introduction to a workforce adoption roadmap. Many organisations start here, then scope a Capacity Building engagement once direction is set.

  • Is there a discount for sending more than one person, or booking more than one course?

Yes. Organisations sending leadership through more than one course, or through a course and its integrated programme, get a combined rate rather than separate bookings. See the corporate and bulk enrolment section on the workshops page, or raise it directly in your enquiry.

  • What if I need to cancel, defer or a session is rescheduled?

Full terms for individual, open-cohort and corporate in-house bookings, including deferral windows and what happens if Praxora Lab cancels a session, are set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

  • What happens after the session ends?

Every cohort joins a standing network of practitioners and business leaders: ongoing networking events, fireside chats, and case study interviews with business owners and C-suite leaders on AI projects they've recently completed. The named facilitator also stays the point of contact for questions on applying what was covered.

Industry engagement

A network that keeps working after the workshop ends

Every cohort at Praxora Lab joins a standing network of practitioners and business leaders, not a one-off attendee list. Alumni are invited back for ongoing networking events, fireside chats with industry experts, and case study interviews with business owners and C-suite leaders on AI projects they have recently completed, a running view of what adoption actually looks like once the workshop room empties.

The learning experience

Three practitioners, one sequenced day, no teaching assistants

Every session is capped at a small cohort and taught in person by the practitioner who built it, not a teaching assistant working from someone else's slides. Participants work against one real team's own workflow rather than a generic case study, and leave with a draft they can put to use immediately.

For this full-day integrated programme, that holds across all three pillars: each block is led by the practitioner who owns that discipline, closing with a joint session that brings the day's three outputs together into one roadmap.

A named facilitator, not a support desk, stays the point of contact after the session for questions on applying what was covered.

Before you go

Strategy decided without the workforce that has to execute it, and workforce training run without a strategy behind it, are the same failure I have watched from opposite sides of a boardroom table. This programme exists to stop that split from happening inside one organisation's own AI adoption. Michael's capability redesign, Sameen's literacy baseline and Joshua's hands-on skill-building are three different disciplines, and I would be suspicious of any programme that claimed one person could credibly run all three.
