Overview

Why the tools going live is not the moment adoption gets decided

McKinsey's November 2025 State of AI research puts a number on the gap this course exists to close: eighty-eight percent of organisations now regularly use AI in at least one business function, but only thirty-nine percent report any enterprise-level EBIT impact, and workflow redesign, the single change most correlated with that impact, has been carried out by only twenty-one percent of them. Microsoft's 2026 Work Trend Index adds the human half of the same gap: leaders are eighteen points more likely than their own employees to say they feel safe suggesting new ways of working with AI, and that psychological-safety gap is exactly where quiet resistance takes hold, long before it shows up on an adoption dashboard.

Xenia Wade built the Organizational Adoption Profile after watching that exact pattern from inside a change management practice, six and a half years supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 rollouts across more than 800 German banking institutions and 30,000 users. Participants leave with a scored diagnostic across the OAP's five adoption drivers for one real rollout, not a generic maturity model, and a prioritised roadmap for what to fix first.

Why Praxora

Why this, not a platform

A scored diagnostic for one real rollout, not a generic adoption maturity model.

  • Practitioner-led, not faculty-assigned

Xenia Wade teaches this course because she diagnosed this exact pattern from inside a change management practice, six and a half years supporting rollouts across 800-plus German banking institutions.

  • A named framework, not a licensed template

Built on the Organizational Adoption Profile, the same five-driver diagnostic Xenia Wade runs with client organisations, not a generic change-readiness checklist.

  • One real, produced output — not a case study

Every session ends with a scored diagnostic and a prioritised roadmap for the rollout you bring into the room.

  • A small, capped cohort

Max 24 participants, so the room works from one real rollout, not a generic trend report.

  • Built on delivery at real scale

Drawn from six and a half years of change management delivery across 800-plus German banking institutions and 30,000-plus users.

  • One focused session — not an 18-week course

3.5 hours, one session. No cohort waitlist, no months of drip-fed modules.

Key takeaways

What participants leave with

  • A scored Organizational Adoption Profile diagnostic for one real team or rollout, not a generic maturity model.

  • A named diagnosis of Checkbox Adoption or Silent Resistance, if either is already present in the room's own data.

  • A prioritised roadmap: which adoption driver to fix first, which to leave alone, and what it means for the next rollout.

  • A concrete first move for building the psychological safety the diagnostic shows is missing.

Objective

Diagnose one real team or rollout against the Organizational Adoption Profile's five adoption drivers, and leave with a prioritised roadmap for what to fix first.

Participants bring one real AI rollout, live or already underway. The session applies the same Organizational Adoption Profile diagnostic Xenia Wade runs with client organisations directly to the room's own rollout, mapping results across five adoption drivers before building a prioritised fix list.

Change management consultant with a Ph.D. in Business Administration and over a decade of experience in digital transformation and workforce enablement, currently focused on AI adoption across APAC and European markets.

Why this course

The question underneath this course is the one I kept running into for six and a half years inside a change management practice, watching Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 roll out across hundreds of banking institutions and tens of thousands of people: the tools were fine, and the people layer was the problem, over and over, in ways nobody had actually measured before the rollout started. My Ph.D. asked a version of the same question about a different kind of change, why knowledge doesn't move between people the way an organisation assumes it will. AI adoption doesn't move the way organisations assume it will either.

I built the Organizational Adoption Profile because I got tired of watching adoption get diagnosed after it had already stalled, when a scored read of five drivers, taken before the rollout, would have shown exactly where it was going to leak. When I run this session, I am not selling a maturity model. I am mapping the room's own rollout across the same five drivers I use with client organisations, and locating exactly where adoption is leaking, before it becomes an expensive failure instead of a fixable one.

Syllabus

Four segments across 3.5 hours

Left with a scored adoption diagnostic across five drivers, a prioritised roadmap, and a concrete first move on the resistance pattern already showing up in the room's own rollout.

  1. 20 min

    Framing

One real rollout selected, and which adoption driver is already showing strain.

    • One real AI rollout, live or already underway, selected as the session's working case
    • The five Organizational Adoption Profile drivers, introduced against the room's own rollout
    • Where Checkbox Adoption or Silent Resistance may already be present in the room's own data

    OutputRollout selected for the session

  2. 1 hr 10 min

    The Organizational Adoption Profile, applied

Scored directly against the room's own rollout, driver by driver.

    • Adaptability Mindset, Psychological Safety, Empowerment Orientation, Action Style and Adoption Capacity, scored one by one
    • Where the rollout is leaking momentum, and where it is genuinely strong
    • The same diagnostic method run with client organisations, not a self-assessment survey

    OutputScored diagnostic draft

  3. 15 min

    Break

  4. 1 hr

    Naming the resistance pattern

Checkbox Adoption, Silent Resistance and AI Shame, diagnosed against the room's own evidence.

    • Distinguishing activity metrics that look healthy from adoption that has actually changed how people work
    • Naming which resistance pattern, if any, is already present, and what specifically is driving it
    • A concrete first move for building the psychological safety the diagnostic shows is missing

    OutputNamed diagnosis and safety intervention

  5. 45 min

    Roadmap and close

    • The scored diagnostic and safety intervention brought together into one prioritised roadmap
    • What to fix first, what to leave alone, and what it means for the next rollout

    OutputPrioritised adoption roadmap

Who should attend

Rollout ownership, not just interest in the subject

  1. Executives sponsoring an AI rollout

C-suite and senior leaders sponsoring an AI rollout who need to know why adoption is stalling before the numbers do.

  2. HR, People & Culture and change leaders

HR business partners, People & Culture leaders and change managers running the rollout day to day.

  3. Programme and transformation leads

Digital workplace and transformation leads accountable for a rollout's adoption numbers, not just its go-live date.

Common questions

Before you enquire

  • Who is this course actually for?

Leaders sponsoring or running an AI rollout, live or already underway, who need to know why adoption is stalling before it becomes an expensive failure. It is not a general AI literacy session, and it assumes you own or advise on a real rollout, not just an interest in change management.

  • What is the Organizational Adoption Profile?

A diagnostic framework measuring five human drivers of AI adoption: Adaptability Mindset, Psychological Safety, Empowerment Orientation, Action Style and Adoption Capacity. It's the same framework Xenia Wade runs with client organisations, applied here to the room's own rollout rather than a hypothetical one.

  • What should participants prepare in advance?

One real AI rollout, live or already underway, with enough detail to describe its scope, the team or function it affects, and what adoption looks like so far. No reading or technical prep needed.

  • How does this differ from Workforce Transformation: AI Literacy to Agentic Fluency?

That course builds an AI-literacy baseline and a sequenced skills roadmap for a workforce. This one diagnoses why a specific rollout, already underway or about to launch, is or isn't taking hold, using the Organizational Adoption Profile's five adoption drivers. The two are complementary: one builds capability, the other diagnoses adoption.

  • Is the session available virtually, or in-person only?

Both. In-person sessions can be arranged in Singapore and the region, with the same structured format available virtually within the 3.5-hour window.

  • Is there a discount for sending more than one person, or booking more than one course?

Yes. Organisations sending leadership through more than one course, or through a course and its integrated programme, get a combined rate rather than separate bookings. See the corporate and bulk enrolment section on the workshops page, or raise it directly in your enquiry.

  • What if I need to cancel, defer or a session is rescheduled?

Full terms for individual, open-cohort and corporate in-house bookings, including deferral windows and what happens if Praxora Lab cancels a session, are set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

  • What happens after the session ends?

Every cohort joins a standing network of practitioners and business leaders: ongoing networking events, fireside chats, and case study interviews with business owners and C-suite leaders on AI projects they've recently completed. The named facilitator also stays the point of contact for questions on applying what was covered.

Industry engagement

A network that keeps working after the workshop ends

Every cohort at Praxora Lab joins a standing network of practitioners and business leaders, not a one-off attendee list. Alumni are invited back for ongoing networking events, fireside chats with industry experts, and case study interviews with business owners and C-suite leaders on AI projects they have recently completed, a running view of what adoption actually looks like once the workshop room empties.

The learning experience

A small cohort, led by the practitioner who built the course

Every session is capped at a small cohort and taught in person by the practitioner who built it, not a teaching assistant working from someone else's slides. Participants work against one real team's own workflow rather than a generic case study, and leave with a draft they can put to use immediately.

A named facilitator, not a support desk, stays the point of contact after the session for questions on applying what was covered.

Before you go

Xenia is the newest name on this bench, and I approved her course for the same reason I approved everyone else's: a record built inside a real organisation, not a framework borrowed for the occasion. Six and a half years supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 rollouts across more than 800 German banking institutions is exactly the kind of scale where a change management failure stops being theoretical and starts costing real money. What I would underline for a leader considering this course is the sequencing her diagnostic insists on: score the adoption drivers before the rollout, not after it has already stalled, which is the harder discipline and the one most organisations skip.
