What this policy will state
- The standard refund window and conditions before a workshop starts.
- Deferral and transfer terms to a future cohort of the same programme.
- Cancellation terms if Praxora Lab cancels a session, for example where enrolment does not reach a viable threshold.
This policy must be drafted and published before any fee is taken from a participant.
