Scope, and who you're contracting with
These terms govern your use of the praxoralab.com website itself: browsing it, reading it, and using the enquiry links on it. They are separate from the terms that apply once you book a workshop, which are set out in the Refund and cancellation policy and agreed directly with Praxora Lab at the point of booking. Using this site means you accept these terms; if you don't agree with them, the only step available is to stop using the site.
Praxora Lab operates as Praxora Lab Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202639714K), a company incorporated in Singapore. "Praxora Lab", "we" and "us" in this policy refer to that entity.
Intellectual property
The text, design, frameworks and named methodologies published on this site, including the Eight-Dimension AI Readiness Assessment, the TRACE delegation framework and the Return on Employee method, are owned by Praxora Lab or the individual practitioner credited for them, and are made available here for your own reading and evaluation, not for reproduction, republication or commercial reuse without our written permission. This is separate from the intellectual property in the deliverables you leave a workshop with, for example your own readiness baseline or roadmap, which belongs to you and your organisation once produced, as set out in the engagement terms agreed for that session.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the enquiry channels on this site (the "Enquire" links and the enquiry form) for anything other than a genuine enquiry about a workshop, a speaker, or the practice.
- Scrape, crawl or systematically copy the site's content for use outside your own personal evaluation.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the site.
No professional or investment advice
The frameworks, statistics and commentary published on this site, including on the Insights pages, are general in nature and reflect the views of the named practitioner credited for them. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your own organisation, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, investment, accounting or regulatory advice. The scored outputs a workshop produces are specific to the session and the data brought into it, not a general audit or certification of your organisation's compliance with any law or standard.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party sources, for example a co-authored journal article, a book listing, or a cited piece of independent research. We link to these because they're relevant or because a claim is sourced from them, not as an endorsement of the destination site as a whole, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided as-is. Praxora Lab is a practice built in 2026, and says so directly on the About page rather than overstating a longer track record than it has. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Praxora Lab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site. This limitation does not apply to the separate engagement terms for a confirmed workshop booking, and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and the practice develop. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms; the current version is always the one published at this address.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
