Overview
AI literacy is now a compliance obligation, not just a skills gap
Gartner already predicts more than forty percent of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027, and the reason is rarely the model: agentic systems are still expected to make at least fifteen percent of day-to-day work decisions autonomously by 2028, up from zero percent in 2024, and IDC puts the cost of the underlying skills gap at up to five and a half trillion dollars in delayed projects, missed revenue and impaired competitiveness. The obligation is no longer optional either: the EU AI Act's Article 4 already requires organisations to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff and anyone operating an AI system on their behalf, a live legal duty rather than a training-budget nicety, in any organisation whose systems or customers reach the EU.
Sameen Khan built this course's literacy baseline and fluency gap map from more than twenty markets of watching organisations announce an AI rollout to a workforce nobody had actually assessed first, then spend eighteen months relearning what the room already knew, or didn't. Participants leave with an AI-literacy baseline, a fluency gap map and a sequenced agentic workforce-transformation roadmap for one real team, built before the rollout, not repaired after it stalls.
Why Praxora
Why this, not a platform
An AI-literacy baseline before the rollout is announced, not a training remediation after it stalls.
-
Practitioner-led, not faculty-assigned
Sameen Khan teaches this course because she has built HR and AI-tool integration across more than 20 markets, not because she was assigned the slot.
-
A named framework, not a licensed template
Built on the same literacy-and-fluency baseline she runs before a rollout starts, not a generic training calendar.
-
One real, produced output — not a case study
Every session ends with an AI-literacy baseline and a sequenced agentic workforce-transformation roadmap for the team you bring in.
-
A small, capped cohort
Max 24 participants, so the room works from one real team, not a hypothetical.
-
Built on institutions that already trust it
Grounded in twenty-plus markets of HR technology deployment, from Jakarta to Lagos to Karachi.
-
One focused session — not an 18-week course
3.5 hours, one session. No cohort waitlist, no months of drip-fed modules.
Key takeaways
What participants leave with
-
An AI-literacy baseline for one real team, scored against where the team actually stands, not a generic maturity model.
-
A fluency gap map: which tasks the team can already run on AI unsupervised, and which it can't yet.
-
A named list of the roles and tasks in that team agentic systems will change first.
-
A sequenced agentic workforce-transformation roadmap, ready to hand to HR and L&D.

Objective
Build a sequenced workforce transformation roadmap that moves one real team from an AI-literacy baseline to working fluency, mapped against where agentic systems will change that team's roles first.
Participants bring one real team or function. The session works from Sameen Khan's own experience driving HR and AI tool integration across more than 20 markets to build the literacy baseline and roadmap against real constraints, not a generic training calendar.
The first question isn't which AI model to deploy. It's whether the workforce using it is literate enough to trust it.
Why this course
My tagline on this site used to lead with data foundations. It now leads with the workforce, because that is where I actually watched things break. In more than twenty markets, I have sat in the room when leadership announced an AI rollout to a workforce nobody had actually assessed, and watched the same failure repeat: the tool worked, the model was fine, and the rollout still stalled, because nobody had checked whether the people expected to use it knew enough to trust it, or had the fluency to run it unsupervised on a real task.
This course is built from that gap. Not a training calendar handed down from HR, but the harder question underneath it: what does this specific team actually know, where does that knowledge stop, and which of their tasks will an agentic system change first. I have built HR functions from nothing in markets where none of that could be assumed, and I would rather hand a leader a sequenced roadmap staged against where the change actually lands than let them find out, the way I have watched happen more than once, that the rollout was never a technology problem.
Syllabus
Four segments across 3.5 hours
Left with an AI-literacy baseline, a fluency gap map, and a sequenced agentic workforce-transformation roadmap for one real team or function.
-
20 min
Framing
The team or function in the room.
- One real team or function, named up front, not a hypothetical rollout
- What the organisation has assumed about that team's AI readiness, and whether anyone actually checked
- Why literacy has to be scored before a rollout, not audited after it stalls

AI literacy, scored not assumed
Before a rollout is announced, not after.
- A literacy baseline scored against what the team actually knows, not a generic AI-maturity model
- The difference between literacy, being able to explain what a system is doing, and fluency, being able to run a task on it unsupervised
- A scoring pass built from twenty-plus markets of watching rollouts launch before anyone checked

Before you enquire
-
What counts as one real team or function?
Anything from a department to a working group to a single intact team, as long as it is a real unit with real tasks, not a cross-functional sample assembled for the session. The literacy baseline and fluency gap map are both scored against that team's actual work.
-
Is this a technical AI-skills course?
No. The session is built for the leader who owns the rollout decision, not the team that implements the tooling afterward. Literacy and fluency are assessed as workforce-readiness questions, not technical training content.
-
Do we need to have already announced an AI rollout?
No. Most organisations that attend have not. The session builds a literacy baseline and a fluency gap map against wherever the team actually stands, before a rollout is announced, which is the point.
-
How does this relate to the two integrated programmes it feeds into?
This course is one of the pillars in both AI Governance & Compliance for Regulated Industries and Building the AI-Ready Workforce, since workforce AI literacy genuinely underlies both a compliance roadmap and a workforce roadmap. Organisations combining this with a specific segment should look at the relevant integrated programme instead.
-
Is there a discount for sending more than one person, or booking more than one course?
Yes. Organisations sending leadership through more than one course, or through a course and its integrated programme, get a combined rate rather than separate bookings. See the corporate and bulk enrolment section on the workshops page, or raise it directly in your enquiry.
-
What if I need to cancel, defer or a session is rescheduled?
Full terms for individual, open-cohort and corporate in-house bookings, including deferral windows and what happens if Praxora Lab cancels a session, are set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
-
What happens after the session ends?
Every cohort joins a standing network of practitioners and business leaders: ongoing networking events, fireside chats, and case study interviews with business owners and C-suite leaders on AI projects they've recently completed. The named facilitator also stays the point of contact for questions on applying what was covered.
Industry engagement
A network that keeps working after the workshop ends
Every cohort at Praxora Lab joins a standing network of practitioners and business leaders, not a one-off attendee list. Alumni are invited back for ongoing networking events, fireside chats with industry experts, and case study interviews with business owners and C-suite leaders on AI projects they have recently completed, a running view of what adoption actually looks like once the workshop room empties.
The learning experience
A small cohort, led by the practitioner who built the course
Every session is capped at a small cohort and taught in person by the practitioner who built it, not a teaching assistant working from someone else's slides. Participants work against one real team's own workflow rather than a generic case study, and leave with a draft they can put to use immediately.
A named facilitator, not a support desk, stays the point of contact after the session for questions on applying what was covered.
