What this policy will state
- What will be published about a submitted problem, at which disclosure tier, and who approves it before publication. This clause is embedded in the partner agreement template itself, not added after signature.
- Who owns the intellectual property in participant output produced against the organisation's problem.
- The supervision model: work is performed by supervised participants under mentor oversight, with a stated quality gate, not by employed consultants.
- What recourse exists if the delivered output is not usable.
- The insurance and liability position that applies where participant work is delivered to a paying client, pending confirmation of professional indemnity cover.
- Confidentiality protection and the anonymisation process applied to submitted data.
- Whether the organisation may recruit from the cohort, and on what terms.
