WORKSHOPS · 02 · TWO-DAY PROGRAMME

AI Masterclass for Entrepreneurs & Mid-Market Leaders

A two-day masterclass that produces a governed, AI-augmented version of a participant's own business model, built in the room, with KPIs attached to every block. Participants leave with something to execute, built specifically for their business, not a generic framework to adapt later.

Duration

Two full days, in-person

Cohort size

Max 12 participants

Output

AI-augmented Business Canvas + 90-day roadmap

Requires

Completed pre-programme intake, five business days prior

Facilitator credentials

RMC, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP)

Worked with

Ministry of Defence, IMDA, UN ESCAP, CDO Vision Singapore

The business model is the object being redesigned here, not a list of tools. Every augmentation is paired with a governance control and a KPI before the group moves to the next block of the canvas. Governance, drawn from the IMDA AI Governance Framework and ISO/IEC 42001, is applied as a design constraint from block one rather than summarised in a closing slide. Participants leave holding a reworked canvas, signed off by the facilitator, and a first-90-days execution roadmap.

The canvas

Nine blocks, every one reworked for AI

The same Business Model Canvas structure used to map any business, with an AI angle worked into every block across the two days.

  • AI-augmented

    Key Partners

Vendors, data sources and advisors the AI layer actually depends on.

  • AI-augmented

    Key Activities

Which operations get automated, and which keep a human checkpoint.

  • AI-augmented

    Key Resources

The data, tools and skills the AI model runs on.

  • AI-augmented

    Value Propositions

Where AI creates value competitors cannot easily copy.

  • AI-augmented

    Customer Relationships

How AI handles routine contact while judgment calls stay with a person.

  • AI-augmented

    Channels

Which customer touchpoints get an AI-assisted layer.

  • AI-augmented

    Customer Segments

Who the augmented model actually serves, segmented by need.

  • AI-augmented

    Cost Structure

What the AI layer costs to run, not just to build.

  • AI-augmented

    Revenue Streams

New or protected revenue AI unlocks, priced and modelled.

Programme structure

Day by day

Day 1 · Diagnose and redesign

Morning

Technical and AI orientation: understanding what AI can and cannot do in the participant's business context.

Afternoon

First canvas pass: working through all nine business model blocks with AI augmentation applied to each.

Output: draft AI-augmented canvas with initial augmentation specifications per block.

Day 2 · Govern and execute

Morning

Governance layer: applying IMDA and ISO/IEC 42001 controls to each canvas augmentation.

Afternoon

Execution planning: first-90-days roadmap with KPIs, ownership and governance checkpoints.

Output: completed, facilitator-signed canvas and execution roadmap.

Before the programme

Preparation that makes the two days work

So Day 1 begins at canvas validation rather than data collection, participants complete the following at least five business days before the programme date.

  1. 01

    Business profile questionnaire

Revenue model, headcount, systems in use, and any existing AI or automation, so the facilitator knows which canvas blocks need most attention.

  2. 02

    AI readiness self-assessment

A four-dimension baseline across data, process, digital literacy and governance, completed before arrival.

  3. 03

    One-page problem statement

The single business problem the programme is most needed to resolve, in the participant's own words.

Deliverables

Three things, produced in the room

  • An AI-augmented Business Canvas: all nine blocks reworked with AI augmentation, a governance control and a KPI attached to each.
  • A first-90-days execution roadmap, sequenced, with ownership, dependency and a governance checkpoint defined for every action item.
  • Access to a follow-up consultancy pathway: RMC-accredited advisory scope qualifying for Enterprise Singapore EDG-related grant advisory.

Common questions

Before you apply

  • Why should I do this now rather than wait until things calm down?

Because things rarely calm down, and every quarter you wait is a quarter a competitor spends building an AI-augmented advantage you'll have to catch up to instead of set yourself. The two days are structured so you don't have to find the time, it's carved out for you.

  • What if I've already tried a few AI tools and nothing changed?

That's the most common starting point, not an exception. Tools bolted onto an unchanged business model rarely move the numbers. This programme starts from the business model itself, so whatever you build fits how your business actually makes money.

  • What happens if I don't attend and keep going as I am?

Nothing happens immediately, which is the risk. AI tool spend keeps accumulating without a strategy behind it, and the gap between businesses with a governed AI model and those without one tends to show up suddenly, in a lost deal, a client's due-diligence question, or a competitor's pricing you can no longer match.
