This form routes to the partner pipeline, not a general enquiry inbox. It is how an organisation contributes a scoped problem for a supervised cohort to work. A scoping call follows submission before any cohort sees the problem.

Confidentiality and logistics

What you submit here is encrypted at rest and access is restricted to named individuals working on your problem, not held in a shared inbox. The retention and deletion schedule that applies to it is documented in the privacy policy, and you may request earlier deletion at any time.
