Sameen Khan

Global HR, AI and Workforce Transformation Leader

PBM, MSID, MSHRI

The first question isn't which AI model to choose. It's whether your data foundation is ready.

Sameen Khan is Regional HR Director for APAC, MEA and LATAM at Grey Group, part of the WPP network, where she leads people and culture, HR business partnering and HR operations across more than 20 studios. Her practice spans HR transformation and technology integration, including performance systems, job architecture, payroll harmonisation and HRIS platforms, alongside mergers and acquisitions integration, restructuring and workforce planning across the region.

Before Grey Group, she spent close to seven years as Senior HR Business Partner across APAC, MEA and Australia at Circles, scaling the organisation through its early growth stages and country launches, and managing multimillion dollar HR budgets and workforce planning for the group's corporate and consumer-facing functions. Earlier in her career she led business development for augmented reality and SaaS platforms across Singapore, Pakistan and Canada.

Her public commentary treats AI adoption as a leadership and governance question rather than a technology choice: starting with the business problem before the AI solution, treating data quality and governance as the foundation AI outcomes depend on, and keeping accountability with leadership even as AI augments decision-making.
